Dear Spoon Full Farm Family,

Thank you for all of your support — we love bringing you healthy, delicious food, and we plan on continuing to do so. As farmers we’re doing what we know best, which is growing delicious, nourishing produce for you, and responsibility raising livestock. Just like we are loyal to soil, we are loyal to you.

We also appreciate your patience as we adapt to the hectic times. We truly can't thank you enough for all your support.

You may have received an email in the past couple of days, regarding our new webstore. We have activated an online store, on our website, for those interested in making weekly individuals purchases of our products, for as long as our farmers' markets are closed. Of course, you are most welcome to purchase additional products on top of your CSA share from our webstore for the following:

~Pasture eggs,

~Boxes of greens (mustard, spinach, and baby kale) --- currently sold out on webstore.

~Ground beef,

~Sun Sauce and Sun Tonic, and

~Ferments (Sauerkraut, beets, etc).

~Raw Honey

~Local Shiitake and Oyster mushrooms from Sno Valley Mushrooms

In addition, moving forward, we will be offering boxes of greens in addition to eggs as extras on Harvie. If you have a main Winter Beef CSA share, you should be able to easily add those extras to your order. If you do not have a main Winter Beef CSA, and are having trouble adding those extras to your order, you can go to our webstore and place an order with ease for any additional farm goods we have in stock, or you can contact Justina via email at justina@spoonfullfarm.com, or text her at 973-461-9808.

Spoon Full Farmers

Nestled on the shore of the cold, clear upper Yakima River, Spoon Full Farm has converted a conventional export hay operation into a biodiverse, productive, regenerative ecological food farm. Our no-till garden produces delicious, vital produce. Our rotational-grazing pastures create rich, humane grass-fed meat and eggs. 140 acres of native wildland provides rich pollen and nectar that becomes incredible honey. In our commercial kitchen, we ferment our own produce into probioitic, delicious sauerkraut and hot sauce. Our produce CSA starts in June, but meat, eggs, honey, and ferments are available all year-round! We deliver to the Seattle area and Ellensburg.
