March Farm Happening

Dear Spoon Full Farm Family,

You mean a lot to us. As a CSA member, you are the heart of Spoon Full Farm's community. Just like we are loyal to soil, we are loyal to you.

We love bringing delicious rich grass-fed beef, pastured eggs, and our probiotic sun sauce to you throughout the cold winter months. And we will continue bringing you the same delicious, and nourishing food throughout this time of much uncertainty.

Vera Fabian, a farmer at Ten Mothers Farm, said something not that long ago in the midst of our health crisis and it moved me, so I (Justina) wanted to share it with you. She said "somehow in the midst of so much uncertainty, and fear, nature is as generous, caring and full of life as ever. In a time like this, when we're not sure how to be or what to do, let's try to look to nature for guidance. Let's choose to be kind and generous, and work on new ways to support each other. If that feels like too much, go on and breathe in the smells of early spring. If you can't go outside, open your window and listen. To the birds. Feel the soft spring winds on your face. Or go to your kitchen and cook. Our senses remember how to be steady."

We love you<3

Wishing you good health,
