Add Peaches and Butter.

Dear Spoon Full Farm Family,

We hope you have been enjoying your delicious and beautiful Produce CSA share each week (or every other week). We love receiving pictures of the meals you have been creating from our produce each week - every time we receive pictures of your meals, we wish smell-o-vision was a thing. As the season progresses, we are excited to see what kind of meals you end up making.

The heat. Oh, the heat. We are happy to say that summer is finally is here - the daily highs have been reaching the high 80's and we have been loving it. Our eggplant, pepper, and zucchini plants have been enjoying the heat as well. To say they are thriving would be an understatement - they are doing that well due to the heat. On our weekly crop walk today, we came across a wonderful (and delicious) surprise - our green and purple pole bean plants, to our surprise, were exploding with beans. Our zucchini plants are starting to produce fruits - this week will be just a tease of what's to come! Soon, we will be harvesting zucchini three times a week, instead of once a week.

More exciting news - due to your enthusiasm, we are offering Early Red Haven Peaches (1 lb.) from Collins Family Orchard again this week, AND butter (YES, BUTTER!) from our friends over at Cherry Vally Dairy in Duvall, WA.

If you have a produce CSA share, you will be able to easily add these delicious extras to your share, if not, please reach out to Justina at justina@spoonfullfarm.com. If you do not have a produce share, you can purchase butter on our webstore. If you would like to purchase peaches, reach out to Justina and she will be able to help you.

Happy eating!

Wishing you good health,

Your Spoon Full Farmers
