We harvested the 2019 garlic crop this week, and it's a great crop!  We put about 700 lbs of garlic into the curing room, where they will dry for about two weeks, and then go into storage in our cooler.  If everything goes well, this well-cured garlic will last for 9 months in our cooler,1 read more »
