Signs of spring are all around us; warm sunny days, cold ground, daffodils, and so many baby plants... We had a busy week, which is part of the reason this email is late; we were exhausted yesterday evening, and Kimby and I both forgot to get this out... I guess that's the price of a very productive week. Anyway, we have lots of beautiful oyster mushrooms, Box Turtle Farms Salad Mix, radishes, spinach, scallions, eggs, chard, and other goodies.
