Come back Spring!!!  The past couple of weeks have been so pleasant, it's easy to forget that it's still February.  But here we are, back into winter weather...  Never fear though, we still have abundant greens and scallions, beets, carrots, honey, beef, pork sausage, and lots of other goodies.  If your family has been experiencing colds/flu/sore throats like mine, then you might want to get some elderberry syrup; it's our go-to for immune system support.

If you haven't signed up for CSA yet, there is no better time than the present; the season starts in May, but we've already seeded the tomatoes, beets, carrots, and thousands of other seedlings, and will be glad to know how many CSA members we are growing for.  Also, you can get a credit for referring a friend, so if you know someone who might enjoy a CSA share, by all means share our information with them.  Sign up here;  https://www.harvie.farm/farm/millsap-farms/signup

Also, if you are interested, one of the most interesting farm conferences of the year will be here in Springfield this Monday and Tuesday, February 19&20.  There are speakers who will focus on ecosystems, ecology, nutritional density, and a number of other topics that are of value to farmers and non-farmers alike.  For more information, check out this link:  https://docs.google.com/document/d/15zhVcVt51kz57QQEikIkIqTH1eMpBmVmoNZ9Z7GnHNY/edit?usp=sharing

To sign up, simply show up on Monday, or follow this link:  https://www.agsoilregen.com/event-info/farming-and-ranching-for-the-future

As always, it's a joy to be your farmer, thank you for caring about your food and your environment.
