Week 2 -- Cooler days!
Well that was hot last week and I'm relieved that it's cooler now! Fortunately, we were able to adapt pretty well by starting earlier and spending the hotter parts of the day in the shade, starting seeds and doing other prep work. I think summer heat may be our biggest safety challenge!

About the farm
A small, family farm that grows 3 kids, veggies & herbs & seeds, sheep, chickens, ducks & geese, lots of trees, and practices nurturing soils, ecosystems and communities.
We've been growing since 2010 on the traditional lands of the Saugeen Ojibway Nation.
