Week 16 -- Autumn is arriving

After last week's warm and sunny weather, this week autumn has arrived in earnest! Which is also a bit of a relief. So long as the weather is pleasant, it's hard not to be out in the field, preparing for next season and tidying up from this one. This cooler and wetter weather is a great excuse to get into the veg room and the greenhouse and sort through potatoes, onions and winter squash. Once we've done that, these items will be available for your shares next week. It's also a good time to get the rest of the canning done, reflect on the past growing season and perhaps even enjoy a cup of tea on a rainy day!
