It is almost peak summer. We are getting into the swing of bulk harvests - carrots and beets this week. Next week, we'll be harvesting our garlic, with storage onion harvest not long after that. We're continuing to have a bounty of salad greens. This spring-like weather is great for our salad mix and spinach! We've been enjoying huge salads, and the spinach often ends up sauteed (and added to eggs, pasta, or enjoyed on its own).

About the farm
Meadowlark Community Farm is nestled in the southwest corner of Juneau County in the Driftless region of Wisconsin. Craig and Lauren Kreutzer (and their family) grow about 3 acres of diverse, certified organic produce. 2021 will be our 7th growing season, and we're honored to feed our community!
