Farewell, Sora Radishes: This is your last chance to enjoy the unique spice and crispness of Sora radishes for the season. Make sure to grab them before they're gone!

From 3 Board Farm:

I've been absolutely loving the sausage, chicken wings, and pork chops from 3 Board Farm in my meals at home. To share the joy, I've posted several recipes this week, including an amazing fried pork chop recipe that's a must-try!

An Egg Update:

Our friends at 3 Board Farm have been facing some challenges due to the recent weather. Their laying hens are producing fewer eggs, but we're hopeful they'll be back to their usual routine soon. Both Taylor and I are keeping our fingers crossed!

Springing Into Action:

The temperatures are just right for us to get a head start on the Spring season. We've been busy sowing a variety of veggies last week. This week is all about transplanting the seeds we started back in January.

It's a whirlwind of activity here - from picking and planting to preparing the soil, we're keeping our hands full and our spirits high! Thousands of plants are being planted and transplanted every week as we prepare for the next growing season.

We're excited to bring you the freshest, most delicious produce, straight from our farm to your table. Remember, your support not only brings joy to your meals but also fuels our passion for sustainable farming.

Stay tuned for more updates, recipes, and farm tales! We love hearing from you, so feel free to share your kitchen masterpieces or farm visit experiences with us.
