? Farm Update: Growth and Gratitude ?
- Welcome, Miles! Our newest farm helper is a local young man with an impressive work ethic-he's been working landscaping jobs on his own since he was 12! His joining marks a new chapter in our farm's story, bringing fresh energy and hands-on support. Kaden and I both work 55-60 hours each week, and we are so grateful to have another pair of hands on deck!
- Purple Spring, Purple Spring: Our Spring crop plan is all about the color purple! We are growing a newly released new purple bok choy cultivar, purple Napa cabbage and cauliflower, purple carrots-- it's like we are painting our fields!
- Winter Preparations: With the forecast hinting at temps in the low 20s next week ahead, we're gearing up with row covers to protect our succession plantings. Expect even tastier carrots as they sweeten up in the cold!
