Do you remember the snow one week ago? What a difference a week makes. We're so delighted to finally have a stretch of beautiful, warm weather. The crops are all growing quickly now and we're busy planting and harvesting every day to catch up after a slow start to spring. We're so excited that the asparagus is finally popping.
