Happy Earth Day! Thank you for supporting local agriculture, especially farms who are also land stewards. To celebrate, we have an incredible selection of produce for your farm share!

What's Fresh This Week?

-Napa Cabbage

-Sprouting Cauliflower

-Salad & Shoots

-Stir Fry Packs (With red bok choy, purplette onions, and colorful carrots)

-Colorful Carrots

-Oyster Mushrooms

Limited Harvest

-Claytonia (Miner's Lettuce)

-Frisee/Baby Radicchio Mix

-Upland Cress

Our long time farm share members know we have struggled with growing cauliflower in the past seasons. During the winter season we trialed a new variety called Song TSJ, and it has grown well for us! This "green stem" cauliflower or sprouting cauliflower tastes better than standard caulis, and is also easier to prepare. It's perfect for dipping! Keep in mind they have a shorter cooking time because if their size.

Lots of crops are just starting to come in and we will be increasing our numbers of beans and squash very soon! All of the rain the past few weeks has everyone a little behind, but summer crops will be here before you know it!
