This is the time of year that makes me especially grateful that God has called me to be a farmer. The weather is absolutely beautiful, the grass is such a rich green, the trees are bursting with new leaves, and there is new life everywhere. Last month our farm dog, Shep, had 10 adorable puppies and we are having a blast taking care of them until their new owners come to pick them up.
On Saturday we had our Spring Farmship Dinner and is was such a great time! We toured the gardens, fed the sheep, walked through the greenhouse, saw the puppies, and had a great time of fellowship and a delicious meal prepared by my wife, Dorothy. Thanks to everyone who came and we hope any who didn't can make it for the next on this summer.
