It’s high summer in the Upper Valley, when we pinch ourselves at the sheer joy of living in such a beautiful place. We feast on fresh vegetables and fruits. Rivers cool us down on the hottest days. The earth offers abundance and bounty over and over, reminding us that when we love the land, the land loves us back. Tomatoes and peppers are beautifully ripe right now and we're excited to have fresh bunched carrots back this week. We also started picking green beans and fresh onions, so you'll have fun new veggies for your plate this week. Enjoy!
