Farm Happenings for April 1, 2020

Posted on March 27th, 2020 by Karra Prudhomme

I hope this email finds you in good health as our communities are impacted by the spread of the Corona virus.

The first week of Spring Farm Stand season with delivery directly to your house went well, and we are excited to continue to offer this service until the regular Summer CSA season begins in June as a way to help keep people safer at home.
Again, these are weekly ONE TIME boxes that you can order as needed.

Currently, we have available:
($85) A customizable Spring Farm stand box to add seasonal veggies, meats, and value added items like kraut, honey, syrup etc. to
($41) Pasture-raised brat variety box
($35) Superior Small Batch meatless protein box
($35) Bakery box
($35) Grass-fed ground beef box

Personally, I have several close friends who are immuno-compromised and I want to do all I can to help prevent unnecessary contact and the spread of this virus. Being able to get local foods to our house and to their houses while preventing unnecessary exposure is pretty exciting. I am confident that we as a society will be able to adapt to implement social distancing guidelines better in our lives, and while change is hard we will be able to adjust our regular routines appropriately. Adapt and overcome!
