Last week was a busy one for us.  Typically we would be digging your potatoes using the tractor.  But we found the new potatoes to be very thin skinned this year (most likely due to the dry ground) so we decided to dig them by hand to not scratch the skin.  We also wrapped up the 2011 read more »
