Things are not slowing down around here!!! We are busy getting the corn maze and pumpkin patch ready for opening day on Oct. 2.
The deer have enjoyed alot of pumpkins but we are finding some really good ones that they didn't get!!! Things will be a little different

Can't believe how much it feels like fall this week. The smokey skies
have tricked my garden into thinking the short days are here already.
the basil and chard are growing back very slowly and the late tomatoes
are not ripening.

Wow did it ever feel like fall far a couple days. The horrible wind died
down about midnight and we got a few spots of frost. Just in the low
spots and really didn't kill anything but some leaves. The pumpkins
