We're giving thanks for the inch plus of rain we had on Saturday and Sunday. Things were pretty parched, so the growing things are giving thanks, too. The weather continues to be hot and dry, with no new rain since we wrote last week. The lettuce is now done for the near future, waiting for the cool, moister days of autumn.
