Produce Picking Up Slowly

Posted on May 25th, 2021 by Ron Meyer

Our spring crops have been slow this year, but we finally have some salad mix and arugula on the farm stand this week. We are also offering more bunches of radishes, but this might be the last of them because of the hot weather. Other items on the list this week are green onions, fresh mint tea mix, fresh herbs, local honey, our grass fed ground beef, and of course farm-fresh eggs.

We had hoped to offer tomato seedlings this week, but they took a hard hit from the weather and are growing much more slowly than usual. We may have some to sell next week. We’re also hoping for some fresh strawberries next week, and should have some garlic scapes.
