Did you know your farmers are also talented Olympic athletes? The Root 5 Farm team placed 1st at the seventh annual Farmer Olympics this past week! This is a silly, fun event hosted by NOFA-VT that provides a much-needed break from work, an evening out with farmer friends, a little bit of competition, and delicious pizza from the NOFA pizza oven. We competed against 16 other farm teams from around the state in both physical and brainy activities and we came out on top! Woohoo Root 5 Farmers!
