Green beans are a favorite field snack and a satisfying by-the-handful-harvest. Although we tend to eat them raw most often, they're super tasty tossed in a skillet with sesame oil and our chili garlic sauce and served over rice with a sprinkle of toasted garlic and our chili pepper salt over the top. Cucumbers and summer squash are starting to wind down but we have an abundance of fresh picked green beans and sweet peppers this week. Summer is still going strong!
