As we approach the shortest day of the year, we're happy to report that our storage crops are holding up well and our greens are still going strong for the final shares. Please note, your final delivery for the season is scheduled for next WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 22nd. This week we have 25 lb boxes of butternut squash, beets, and carrots available in the online store so you can stock up on some long-term storage crops for the rest of the winter.

Root 5 Farm is a certified organic vegetable farm located on 38 acres in Fairlee, Vermont, along the Connecticut River. The fertile river bottom soils provide a rich environment for growing over 100 different varieties of vegetables and herbs.
