Broccoli and cauliflower are happening! And as long as the heat isn't too bad...they could get to be good sized too.
This week we actually gifted everyone a extra bag of broccoli because there is so much of it ready all at once. It is definitely time to dust off the broccoli salad recipes...and maybe the cauliflower crust pizza recipe as well.
It's going to be a warm week again so PLEASE REMEMBER TO PUT YOUR COOLERS OUT!! We hate to leave vegetables outside in 30 degree weather because we know they will not keep at all. These are fresh, live crops...and heat is only their friend in the field! Thank you!
