This week we have Georgia clingstone peaches from Beech Creek Orchard! The white are sweet without the tang of a yellow peach. These are grown by our friends in Tallapoosa, Ga. They are not organic but minimally sprayed.
Because we were making the trip to pick up the peaches we also got shiitake mushrooms from Ellijay Mushroom Farm this week.
