On Monday at 3pm I have a virtual court hearing regarding Berea's attempt to evict my farm from 1088 Bouldercrest.
I'm hopeful that the judge will tell them to honor their word, or at least send us to the mediation session they agreed to attend two weeks before they filed for eviction. I'm also scrambling to coordinate removing 4000 strawberry plants in a way that gives them a chance of surviving in pots for 6 weeks if the judge signs the eviction orders.
I can't wait to be off this property. We're 6 weeks away from having the new space ready for strawberries, and we have greens out in Austell that ought to be ready in the next couple of weeks. So close...
