Good Day to all of you. Enjoying the sunshine and warmer temperatures? If the back and arm aches that went along with all the snow shoveling weren't there the sunshine would be more appreciated, right? We were blessed with about 6-8".
Well, perhaps a nice cup of hot tea would help the situation. Do you remember the history of the Boston Tea party? The fight for taxation without representation was the headlines December 16, 1773. Instead of dumping the tea into the bay, DragSmith Farms is holding a tea tasting party starting December 16th running through the 19th at our store/greenhouses. We figured that tea tasting would be in line with all the other tasting of vodka, beer, wine etc. Okay, maybe it is a little different! Could still be fun. We have several teas to try out, goodies to consume, unique gifts, wreaths, fruit and veggies baskets, succulents etc. to purchase. If you want a truly amazing gift for that difficult person to buy for....how about a flowering jade plant? They are spectacular. Covered with tiny flowers that look like stars.
