Pork- customize your items

Our pork is robust and flavorful, and the perfect way to flavor an entire skillet of vegetables.  We like to sauté onions, then add and brown a 1/2 pound or whole pound of our choice of sweet Italian sausage, country sausage (labeled pork sausage), ground pork, or chorizo sausage.  Each type of sausage has great seasonings that define the direction of the veggie pork skillet.  Country sausage is seasoned with sage, black pepper, a touch of red pepper, a touch of sugar, and salt.  Try it with sautéed onions, zucchini, and kale.  Enjoy!
