Next week’s offerings from our culinary team:

Entrée: Korean BBQ Shorthorn Beef Brisket, house made Napa Cabbage Kimchi, charred Carrots and Bok Choy, Sticky Rice. Serves 6.

Salad: Romaine Lettuce Wraps, Cellophane Noodles, Shaved Vegetables, Sesame-Miso Vinaigrette, Toasted Nuts. Serves 6.

Soup: Ashbourne Farms Cream of Blue Oyster Mushroom Soup finished with Amontillado Sherry. Serves 6.

Cheese:

  • Capriole O’banon: This cheese has a fresh, light, citrusy taste balanced by the sweetness and delicate flavor of goat’s milk then wrapped in chestnut leaves and soaked in Woodford Reserve Bourbon.
  • Kenny’s Kentucky Rose: A very simple gently pressed farmhouse-style cheese with a tiny kiss of Roquefort, just enough to give it a floral and earthy note on the rind.
  • Kenny’s Ted: A white cheddar aged in our bleu cave. The result is a well-balanced cheddar with some fruity notes on the nose. As you work your way toward the rind all of that earthy saltiness continues to deepen.

Ashbourne Compound Butter:

  • Smoked Sorghum Butter
  • Blue Cheese Butter

Farm Fresh Eggs

Freedom Run Farm Lamb: Wide selection

Wine: A selection of red, white, and rose’ wines offered.
