The entire family at Ashbourne Farms is proud to offer you fresh vegetables from our organic garden, meals prepared by our culinary team, wine and products from our favorite artisans and farmers.

To order:

  • Log in to your Harvie account and click on Farm Stand.
  • Select Ashbourne Farms - Thursday as your pick-up location.
  • Select desired items to build your share.

You will receive a confirmation email of your order. All orders must be submitted by 8 a.m. Monday.

On Thursday, we’ve implemented the following steps to keep everyone safe and healthy during pick up:

  • Pick up your share at the farm Thursday 4 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Follow the signs to the Farm Stand.
  • Please stay in your car. We’ll load your personalized share for you.

April 16th offerings from our culinary team:

Entrée Meal:

Carolina Style Pulled Pork BBQ, Country Braised Kale, Carrot and Bok Choy Slaw, Weisenberger Mill Corn Bread. Serves 6.

Salad:

Mrs. Liston’s Trimble County Asparagus Salad Pickled Beets, Ashbourne’s Spring Greens, Capriole Goat Cheese, Toasted Almonds and White Balsamic Vinaigrette. Serves 6.

Soup:

Broccoli Cheddar Soup (Vegetarian). Serves 6.

Cheese:

Capriole O’banon: This cheese has a fresh, light, citrusy taste balanced by the sweetness and delicate flavor of goat’s milk then wrapped in chestnut leaves and soaked in Woodford Reserve Bourbon.

Kenny’s Kentucky Rose: A very simple gently pressed farmhouse-style cheese with a tiny kiss of Roquefort, just enough to give it a floral and earthy note on the rind.

Kenny’s Ted: A white cheddar aged in our bleu cave. The result is a well-balanced cheddar with some fruity notes on the nose. As you work your way toward the rind all of that earthy saltiness continues to deepen.

Ashbourne Compound Butter:

  • Smoked Sorghum Butter
  • Blue Cheese Butter

Farm Fresh Eggs

Frondosa Farms Mushrooms:

Gourmet Mushroom Mix: Mild and tender. Perfect for sauté, soups, omelets and roasting. Great topper for hot sandwiches and burgers.
