New- Stag Artisan Coffee + Yogurt Smoothies AND Mini Flower Bouquets

Posted on June 13th, 2022 by Suzanne Williams

We hope you all are enjoying your farm fresh goodies and getting into the routine of visiting the farm or receiving your box, storing your veggies, returning your box, and so on.

As the season rolls on, you will see new veggies offered every week- this week it's the first of the summer squash along with a new variety of kale, Lacinato.

Did you know that you can add extras to your share every week?

When you customize your share, you can swap out the veggies in your box with other veggies (and now you will see some other items in the swap section, too...take a look)

You can also take a look at all of the other high-quality, locally sourced items that we offer to our members.  We are adding new products all the time.

This week, we are excited to announce our new coffee beans and cups from Stag Artisan Coffee in Fountainville, Pa.  They are small, family owned business that offers quite a few varieties of coffee products you will want to check out.

Also, we are now offering a flavored yogurt smoothie from Flint Hill Farm. Now you can try their flavorful smoothies along with your grass-fed milk, kefir, buttermilk, and cheeses from them. This week's flavor is Cherry Vanilla. Add a pint to your cart, you will be glad you did.

And, you will want to get on Farmer Annika's Fresh Mini Bouquets to grace your life this week now that the first flowers are starting to bloom! Bouquets include snapdragons, bachelors buttons, wildflowers, yarrow, lisianthus and stock.

As always, we'll keep farming for you,

Reuben, Tessa, and the Farm Crew @ Willow Haven Farm

REMINDERS & TIPS :

Check your preferences: your box will be automatically filled with the vegetables  that you prefer.  You can always swap items out, but sometimes our swaps are limited so it is best to have your box filled with your preferences on the first pass. You can even change your preferences throughout the season.

Customize: Once you receive this email, you can now customize your box.  Swap items in your box and add extra items you like from our ever-growing selection of high-quality organic foods and products.  Simply add them to your box and your card will be charged upon finalization of your order. The customization window will open on Wednesday morning and it will close at NOON on Thursday.

Add another item to your cart:  Check to see if you have "more value" left in your share by going to customization - click on your cart - then click back to the items. If a green bar appears that says you can add items because you have left over value in your share, try adding another veggie or low cost item to your cart to see.

Boxes and labels: Before returning your box (and other packing materials) for pick up - please remove your box label. SAVE YOUR LABEL if you are missing an item or something is unsatisfactory. Sending us a picture of your label will help us diagnose our error in the pack line and make improvements. (You can discard your labels afterward.)
