VEGGIE INFO BELOW
Just as the eggplant and summer squash are starting to fill our picking bins to overflowing and our walk in cooler is bursting with cucumbers, cabbage and peppers we realize it's just too good!

Now is the time to be creative and take the goodness of the fields and bring a spectacular meal to share with our friends, members and neighbors.

Farmer Reuben Demaster has wanted to host a Pastured Pig Roast for years and now has finally made it happen. All it took was a little motivation. Well, a lot of motivation!

An amazing opportunity was placed in front of him and despite the cost - we're going to do it!

We are going to give the best of what we have and what we do for you to experience at this Farm to Table Dinner. We hope you can come and enjoy it.

Your support and donations will help us cover our costs to make this dream a reality for our family.
Read more about the Event to find out what exactly we are doing.

We'll see you Saturday at market and we hope we'll see you again in the evening.

ONE CUCUMBER. Cucumbers one each to make get more veggies in your boxes for the best value.  CUSTOMIZE to see all the veggies and goodies available. Add a single cucumber to your box if you'd like but you won't be able to swap evenly "one" cucumber for a "bunch" of another veggie because the values are different.  Let me know if you have any questions. Also see Special Offer below.

Harvesting: Cherry tomatoes, Medium red tomatoes, Sweet Corn (not organic), Eggplant (Japanese), Sweet Yellow Onions, Jalapeño peppers, Slicing cucumbers, Yellow & Green Summer Squash, Garlic, Beets, Cabbage, Italian Basil, Parsley.  ***Sometimes we have limited amounts of the first harvests. If you love something above and didn't get any this time, change your preferences to mark that veggie as a "5" and others as something lower. NEW: Sweet Corn is NOT organic - four ears come in a bunch. Sweet Yellow Onions are fresh onions great in salads.  Garlic is now cured and should last weeks in storage. Japanese Eggplant is one of several varieties we grow. It is great for stir fry, stew and ratatouille.

SPECIAL SALE: If you order $30 of pantry items from us, we'll send you a free canvas bag with pocket.

Ordering EXTRAS from Willow Haven?  Items can be added right into your order after you customize your box. You do NOT have to place a separate FARM STAND order.

Let us know if you have any questions about your Farm Share CSA - we are happy to help.
