RECIPES to try with Organic Cremini Mushrooms
Enjoying mushrooms this year has been an added feature for our family and many of our members in 2020. Last winter Farmer Reuben met organic mushroom growers from Fleetwood, PA at a farmer's meeting which allowed him to offer delicious organic mushrooms almost every week of the season as extras.
Some suggestions for mushroom recipes that we've used this season are Mushroom and Parsley Salad, Stuffed Mushrooms, mushroom soup, mushroom gravy and Sauteed Garlic Mushrooms. You can even use them in your filling for Stuffed Winter Squash. I was fascinated to learn that white button, Portabella and Cremini mushrooms are all the same variety in this post.
