Chris Becker at Della Terra Pasta reached out to us about a limited run pasta (one of his personal favorites, no less) that he wanted to offer to our grocery box customers, so of course we said yes!
Wild mushroom and herb campanelle is a dried pasta with porcini and maitake mushrooms as well as rosemary and oregano. It would be wonderful in a light cream sauce alongside grilled chicken and summer vegetables.
