The early spring produce continues, including so many leafy greens. Also this week, two types of radishes, plus turnips.
We're butchering a whole cow this week, so expect to see expanded beef selection NEXT week. And HOPEFULLY chicken is back next week as well. It's been a long wait.

Spring is here, and the harvest has begun!
Spring produce is here! This week we're getting greens (arugula and a kale/spinach mix), radishes and turnips from Joe's Farm. There are a handful of tomatoes available. The first radishes! And colorful pasta.
Radishes are often the first sign of spring, so even if they are less exciting than, say, strawberries, they are cause for celebration. These French breakfast radishes are coming from a new (to us) producer: Mauch Family Farm in Chandler. Their family farm is more than 100 years old!
