Local tomatoes are back!
Tomatoes aren't normally a late-fall crop, but this is exactly when Cedar Spring Farms starts to really crank out their red slicers. They grow hydroponically, so summer is too hot for most of their indoor crops. Winter is when they thrive, which is great for the rest of us.

Stew season and the return of cherry tomatoes
Cherry tomatoes from Cedar Spring Farms are back in stock! Cedar Spring grows hydroponically, so their tomatoes usually come back just when the outdoor crops are done for the season. Look for their big tomatoes to be available again in the next few weeks.

Welcome to the shoulder season!
Cool-weather crops are making a (brief?) return! Goodbye peppers, hello radishes and greens. Many of the same crops are available in the spring and fall because they need cooler temps to thrive.
Our kitchen also made a a new batch of chorizo burritos, a customer favorite.
