Trumpeter Swan Farm CSA News - Winter Season, Week 28&29, Delivery December 14 thru December 16
---- Snow on Friday ----
Well, this last Friday we got about 5 inches of snow, so not that much. But it does means that it defiantly winter. Which means it's time to work on maintenance and R&D. During the winter we have a heated shop where we can repair implements and work on new things to help us be more productive next year. It's a nice break from the elements, especially come January or February when it gets really cold.

This week will most likely be the last week for Buttercup, Butternut, and Spaghetti squash. We are getting down to last of them. After this it will be Acorn and Festival from here on out.
