Trumpeter Swan Farm CSA News - Winter Season, Week 32&33, Delivery January 10th thru January 12th
---- Transition to new software CSAware ----
This delivery will be our last using Harvie software. After this week, we will transition to our new software provider, CSAware (localharvest.org). You will receive emails as we proceed. For members currently receiving deliveries, this will be the timeline:
- this week: normal customization and delivery using Harvie
- this weekend: you claim your login account on CSAware, enter credit card info, make payment
- next week, we calculate Harvie credits for Q4 (Oct thru Jan) for unused space and skips
- next week, we transfer Harvie credits to CSAware cash account (Farm Savings Account)
- next week Friday, first "time to customize" email from CSAware (comes earlier than Harvie)
- two weeks, Tuesday thru Thursday, first delivery using CSAware
- three weeks, we celebrate a successful transition!!

---- Honey and Bread coming soon ----
As our stored produce winds down, we want to again add Honey and Bread, like last year. We will bottle the honey harvested last fall and distribute it in returnable jars. And sourdough bread from Diamond City Bakery in Elk River (from Garret, who you know from the Buffalo Farmers Market). Look for honey and bread in 2 weeks!
