Trumpeter Swan Farm CSA News - Summer, Week 19, October 5 thru October 7
---- Still No Frost ----
A short weekly note this week since not much has changed. Well by this time last year we would of had frost, more specifically this Friday we would of had frost. But this fall is really turning out to be pretty sunny and warm. With temps in the 70's the fall, and some summer veggies are still growing strong and should last until first frost for some and first freeze for most. Here's fingers crossed that that doesn't come for a little bit longer, it's a lot easier picking in the warm sun.

Just a quick side note, russets are here and should be here for the next two weeks so get them while you can. This years harvest was a bit disappointing but we did get some.
