Trumpeter Swan Farm CSA News - Summer, Week 17, September 21 thru September 23
---- Carrots ----
I know I talked about carrots last week but I just thought I should mention that we finished carrot harvest this last weekend so now all the carrots are out of the field and there should be plenty for everybody.
---- Roma Tomatoes ----
We have a surplus of Roma tomatoes and are offering 1/2 bushel quantities for $30. This offer will only be here for this week and possibly next so act now, it's a perfect way to spend those excess credits.
---- Beans ----
We also picked green and yellow beans this weekend. We picked the second to last planting and it will be a bit before the last planting is ready to go. If you love beans I'd recommend picking these up because they could be the last of the year, you never know when frost will come around.
