As a reminder, we are starting our new CSA "Season" for the year this weekend. If you previously were on hold for remaining weekly shares of our previous year and wish to continue to stay on hold, you will need to access your account to updated the holds. If you have any trouble doing so, Harvie support can either point you in the right direction or take care of it for you. Feel free to contact me as well if you have any issues placing your account on hold.
This week marked some Spring milestones for the farm. We harvested the remaining onions and potatoes out of the fields and set them up to cure before bagging and storing them. We are in for a bumper year of these two staples. Additionally, we are looking at a very productive winter squash patch this year. We have an assortment of butternut, spaghetti, Northern Georgia roasters, and kabocha squash that will likely be harvested in the coming weeks. Once those are out of the field we will be planting cover crops in preparation of winter!
