Howdy!
This week at the farm we have begun flipping some of our tomato rows as it is too hot for tomato production. We have decided to keep a few tomato beds in production that have the possibility of production in the fall. One night last week, we had some raccoons that enjoyed 3 100ft rows worth of cantaloupe. We were able to trap the raccoons and release them on the other side of the property, however they ate the remaining cantaloupes for the season. On a positive note, our roselle row has enjoyed the recent heat wave and should start producing in the next 3 weeks.
Moving forward we will launch our CSA customization period every Thursday at 8:30am.
