Howdy All!
We are entering a new season here on the farm. Summer is setting in and that means our hot weather crops will soon take center stage. The sweet potato vines are sprawling across their beds, Armenian cucumbers and red noodle beans are making their way up their trellises, the eggplant is picking up speed, our Eagle Pass okra is flowering and making a few pods, and all our peppers are loaded. We will still have a steady supply of potatoes, onions, and winter squashes for at least the remainder of June. Stay cool! This weeks is going to be a HOT one!
