Howdy All!
This week marked some Spring milestones for the farm. We harvested the remaining onions and potatoes out of the fields and set them up to cure before bagging and storing them. We are in for a bumper year of these two staples. Additionally, we are looking at a very productive winter squash patch this year. We have an assortment of butternut, spaghetti, Northern Georgia roasters, and kabocha squash that will likely be harvested in June. Once those are out of the field we will be planting cover crops in preparation of winter!
