Howdy Everyone,
**Reminder** For our Sunday CSAers, this weekend will be the last for a Sunday CSA pickup. There are still options to pickup on Wednesday and Saturday at the farm or Saturday at the market. We hope that this will allow for a more efficient farm flow. Harvesting, washing, and packing is a time intensive process which can hopefully be made easier with only 2 main CSA days.
Hope this finds you doing well. Recently on the farm we have planted a variety of specialty carrots unique for their array of beautiful colors. We have also been testing out the glass gem corn we've had in the ground for a while. Since it is meant for popping it has to have a low enough moisture content to properly make popcorn, so that has been a nice farm snack lately and hopefully you all can enjoy it very soon too.
