Howdy All!
We are eagerly awaiting the harvest of our Roselle Hibiscus just in time for Thanksgiving. Our crop began blooming this past week and it won't be long before these tart treats are ready. The red calyx make a great cranberry substitute, can be brewed in tea, or even a simple syrup. Additionally, our sweet potatoes are nearing their curing process and will be back in the CSA Shares next week. These next few weeks will be plenty busy as we sow the bulk of our winter crops in the fields before the daylight hours wane. As always, thanks for your continued support of our farm!
