Howdy Everyone,
Hope this finds you well. As we approach Thanksgiving, it is our wish that the CSA can be an opportunity for your family to share in some delicacies of the holiday. This week we will have sweet potatoes and Glass Gem popping corn available. The latter of which we are still trying to nail down a good method of popping and will likely include a recipe in the bags or send an email on Wednesday. We have seen a slight transition in the plants since daylight hours have begun to decrease. Everything is growing and recovering from harvests a bit slower than usual, which means we have to be on top of our planting game to get new successions of crops in the ground before Texas decides it wants to winter.
