Hope you are having a splendid day. This week on the farm we are thankful for the light rains we received over the weekend. Our red noodle and long beans are beginning to produce more each day, and it has been so wonderful to see the progression of such a unique summer crop. Can't wait until you can enjoy them soon too! We really hope you've been enjoying the sweet potato greens lately. They are definitely a staple during hotter months and can add beautiful color, flavor and healthy benefits to the dinner plate. Be sure to grab a recipe card for a new idea on how to cook these greens when you pick up your CSA bag in the cooler this Wednesday!
