Strawberry season is just beginning at the farm, and the berries are looking good so far. Now if we can just make it through the next few weeks with lots of sunshine and only brief rains!
We are listing some strawberries on the farm stand this week, but we had to estimate, since the picking must be done shortly before delivery. If we don’t have enough berries on Thursday for orders, we will see that anyone who ordered gets theirs the next day.
We also have our first kale available this week, as well as lots of arugula and radishes, plus a small amount of salad mix. Other items include fresh pastured eggs, mint tea mix, our own grass-fed beef, local honey, and red raspberry jam. Next week we should have strawberry jam available again.
