We had a really successful garlic harvest last weekend. Many thanks to those of you who came out to lend a hand and see what we were up to. I hope that those of you who received garlic in your boxes last week have really enjoyed it. There sure is something special about fresh, uncured garlic. Please remember to store these garlic in your fridge - I will let you know once they are cured and become shelf stable.
Our spaghetti squash is also ready to harvest this week. These squash look a fair bit different from the ones you will find at the grocery store. Most of them are green as opposed to yellow like the ones at the store. I'm including a few basic recipes for you that I think you will really enjoy.
